Radio Nova has signed up to Kantar Media’s TGI. The affiliation will give Nova access to complex industry statistics and detailed, actionable insight into how its audience interacts with thousands of local, national and international brands.
The move is part of the Dublin station’s ongoing drive to target brands and provide detailed information about its audience to media planners and buyers.
TGI gets widespread use as a research and planning tool by planners and buyers in advertising agencies. Its subscribers include RTE, UTV and Communicorp.
Sales Director, Mary O’ Sullivan said: “TGI is the industry standard reporting mechanism for brand reporting and our access to more detailed information about the brand usage and preferences of our audience will further empower us to demonstrate the effectiveness of Radio Nova as a powerful advertising medium that delivers results to brands and advertisers”.
Established in 1994, TGI Republic of Ireland provides valuable insight into the Irish radio market through measurement of demographics, product usage, media habits, leisure activities and attitudes. The nationally-representative survey of adults aged 15+ gives extensive coverage of local, national and international media brands with in-depth analysis about media usage and daily consumption.
TGI’s Associate Director, Eimear Faughnan, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Radio Nova to TGI. Nova’s audience is well documented within the TGI survey and Nova’s inclusion will give even more choice to planners and buyers seeking to connect with its active audience”.
Nova launched in 2010 and has consistently grown its audience since its inception. It broadcasts to Dublin city, county and commuter belt
