We’re excited to announce that, as the official Media Partner for this year’s Bray Air Spectacular on Sunday July 21st, we’ll be broadcasting the Air Display live across Dublin and Wicklow. It will be the first time the show has been broadcast live over any broadcasting medium and will be a coup for the station, with over 80,000 on the ground in Bray and tens of thousands of people observing the show from around Dublin. We can be received throughout the Greater Dublin area on 100.3 FM and 95.7FM in North Wicklow (from Bray Head) with coverage running from 3pm to 5.30pm on the day.
The event, which is Ireland’s largest free air show, is expected to attract almost tens of thousands of spectators; in 2012, it attracted a record-breaking 80,000 spectators with similar numbers expected again this year.
And – our 123,000 listeners have chosen the accompanying music for this year’s Air Display so expect plenty of great tunes and excitement on the day!
