Radio Nova celebrated being the the #1 music radio station in the Dublin commuter belt area with Taoiseach Simon Harris cutting the ribbon on its recently refurbished suite of radio studios this morning, Thursday, November 21 2024. *

The new studios allow for further social and digital integration with the station’s radio programmes, while adding to the facilities that already existed. Planning and design of the studios was carried out internally but the station’s team of Clint Drieberg, Elaine Leonard and Elaine Leonard while expert design and construction was carried out by Dublin company Fineprint.
Radio Nova launched in 2010 and has had a steady rise to the top of the competitive radio market in Dublin. The station started with much hype 14 years ago on Castleforbes Road, with the new refurbishments signalling a new era for the successful independent station with a hardworking team of 25. The station broadcasts to the Dublin Commuter Belt comprising Dublin, Kildare, Meath & Wicklow, on FM, as well as nationally on its website, smartphone app, smart speaker and the Irish Radio Player.
