GLOBAL ROCK ICON BRYAN ADAMS JOINS RADIO NOVA WITH EXCLUSIVE SHOW

Radio Nova is delighted to announce the addition of The Bryan Adams Radio Show to its weekend line-up, bringing one of the world’s most iconic singer-songwriters directly to Irish radio audiences.

Singer, songwriter and producer Bryan Adams brings his unmistakable voice to Radio Nova, the ultimate destination for seriously addictive music and the number one music station in Dublin, Kildare, Meath and Wicklow.

Thanks to the continued rollout and expansion of DAB radio across Ireland, listeners nationwide will now be able to enjoy Radio Nova and The Bryan Adams Radio Show, bringing seriously addicted music to audiences right across the country.

Airing every Saturday at 6pm and Sundays at 9pm from June 13th, The Bryan Adams Radio Show will offer listeners a front-row seat to the stories behind the songs, guided by one of the most celebrated names in global music.

Each weekend, Bryan will open the studio doors for a curated selection of the music and moments that shaped his extraordinary career. More than just a playlist, the show gives audiences a rare insight into the artists, songs and experiences that influenced him, delivered with honesty, warmth and humour.

Listeners can expect legendary tracks from artists including The Police, Steve Winwood, Sheryl Crow, Shania Twain, Coldplay, Matchbox Twenty, Tina Turner and, of course, Bryan Adams himself.

Bryan Adams said of his show: “”I enjoy it cause there’s lots of stories, it gets me a chance to reminisce about what what’s happened over the years and there’s some funny antidotes and little bits and bobs that happen, that songs are inspired.”.”

PJ Gallagher and Jim McCabe, presenters of Morning Glory with PJ & Jim on Radio Nova, said: “Obviously having someone like Bryan Adams joining Radio Nova is a really big deal for our listeners – but it’s a bit intimidating for us to be honest! I mean the man’s a music legend! He’s mega!” said PJ Gallagher.

“Interesting that he only showed up when Radio Nova is number 1 and can be heard all over Ireland on DAB! Jumping on the bandwagon if you ask me!” added Jim McCabe.

“Like he’s very welcome to the Nova family and all … as long as he stays in his lane! I hope he doesn’t like getting up early, Jim!” PJ added.

Bryan Adams remains one of the most recognisable and respected names in music worldwide, with a career spanning decades and countless global hits. Renowned as one of the most exciting live performers in the world, his enduring popularity continues to attract generations of fans.

Tune in, turn it up and enjoy a weekend filled with seriously addicted music on Radio Nova.
